Sonia Kelly, M.Ed., Lead Teacher, holds a Master's
Degree in Education from Loyola College in Maryland
and an Association Montessori Internationale (AMI)
Diploma from the Washington Montessori Institute.
Ms. Kelly has taught all grades from preschool
through third grade and has taught art classes for
children at the Duxbury Art Association. Ms. Kelly
lives in Duxbury with her husband, Geoff, and their
sons, Jack and Will.
Maryellen O'Brien, Teacher, holds a Bachelor of
Science Degree in Sociology from Suffolk University,
where she specialized in social work and child welfare.
Ms. O'Brien has also attended graduate courses in
elementary education at Boston State College and has
extensive experience working with special education
students at the North River Collabarative in Rockland.
Ms. O'Brien and her husband, Ross, have four
children and live in Hanson.
Amy Coffey, M.Ed., Teacher, received her Master's
Degree in Education from the University of
Pennsylvania and has taught the lower elementary
grades in Maryland. She also has a background in art
history and loves bringing this experience into our
classroom. Ms. Coffey lives in Hanover with her
husband, Drew, and their three children, Cole, Jem,
and Liv.
Lisa Driscoll, Spanish Teacher, combines her
knowledge of the Spanish language with her love of
teaching and art to form an arts-based language
program. Focusing on fun first, Senorita Lisa engages
children with her puppets, interactive dolls, songs,
instruments, dances, games, and special projects,
while teaching the fundamentals of Spanish.
